Oxonia Academy is an education software provider. It does not award degrees and is not a university. It does not claim any security or quality certification. Registrations with data protection authorities in other countries, where required, are listed in the regional privacy addenda.

6. Disputes

Our Services are provided to universities and other institutions, not to consumers, so consumer online dispute resolution schemes do not apply. We aim to resolve any concern directly, and universities may agree a different dispute process in their order form. For complaints, see Complaints. Our other legal documents are listed on the legal notices page.
