Find answers about using Oxonia, whether you are a student, a lecturer, an administrator or a leader.
Start here
Most questions are answered fastest by your own university. Your IT service desk knows your sign-in, your courses and which Oxonia products your university uses. If they cannot help, they contact us. See the support policy.
Signing in
How do I sign in? Go to the sign-in page and choose your university's button. Use your usual university account.
I cannot see a product I need. The app launcher shows only the products your university has bought and your role allows. Ask your IT service desk to check your role.
I forgot my password. Oxonia uses your university's sign-in, so reset your password through your university.
For students
How do I change the caption language? In an Oxonia Scribe live room, choose your language from the caption settings while the lecture runs.
Where is my study pack? After the lecture, open Scribe or your course in Moodle, Canvas or Blackboard. Packs usually appear within minutes.
Why did I get this mark? Open your marked script in Oxonia Mark. Each mark quotes the words that earned it. If you disagree, use your university's appeals process.
How do I pay fees? Open Oxonia Wallet. Pay by card, bank transfer or instalments.
For lecturers
How do I set a tutorial? In Oxonia Tutor, type or say the question. The builder fills in the format, rubric and readings for you to check.
How do I start marking? In Oxonia Mark, draft the rubric, calibrate it on sample scripts and approve it. Then scan or import scripts.
Which scripts do I need to review? Only the ones in the review queue: uncertain, illegible, borderline and flagged scripts. You still approve every script.
For administrators and leaders
How do I give someone a role? In the university admin console. See Roles and permissions.
Where are my approvals? In the Oxonia Compass approvals inbox, or in the product the approval came from.
How do I check AI credit use? In the admin console. See Shared AI credits.
