Watch and learn
Webinars
Webinars are short online sessions where we show Oxonia working and answer questions from universities. This page explains what to expect.
What will appear here
Upcoming webinars and recordings of past sessions will be listed on this page. No sessions are scheduled at the moment. To see Oxonia now, book a demo. A demo is a live session for your own university, at a time that suits you.
Topics we plan to cover
Illustrative topics, based on what universities ask us about most:
- Every lecture in your students' languages. Live captions, study packs and class insights with Oxonia Scribe.
- A tutorial for every student. How Oxonia Tutor and Sam run live voice tutorials.
- Marking that explains itself. Rubrics, evidence for every mark, the review queue and examiner approval in Oxonia Mark.
- From agenda to signed minutes. Oxonia Senate for Council, Senate and committees.
- Governing AI. Writing and approving an AI policy, and keeping an AI-use register, with Oxonia Policy.
- Fees and retention. Payment plans, Wallet and scholarships with Oxonia Advance.
- Regulator ready. Accreditation readiness and returns with Oxonia Nexus.
Who they are for
- Vice-Chancellors, DVCs, Registrars and Bursars. See Oxonia Lead.
- Exams offices, registry and faculty officers. See Oxonia Operate.
- Lecturers and heads of department. See Oxonia Teach.
- Research offices and librarians. See Oxonia Discover.
- IT, data protection and procurement teams.
What a session looks like
- A short introduction to the problem.
- A live demonstration with sample data.
- Questions from attendees.
- Next steps, such as a demo for your own university or a quote.
Recordings
Recordings will be made available on this page after each session where speakers agree. Sessions will be captioned. We plan to offer some sessions in French and Arabic as well as English.
Ask for a topic
Tell us what you would like covered. Universities often ask for sessions on a single question, such as how to introduce Oxonia Mark before an exam season, or how to approve an AI policy through Senate in one term. Suggestions from universities will shape the programme. You can also ask for a private session for your own staff, which works like a demo but can include training for a whole department.
