Work with us
Partners
Universities often work with trusted local firms. We plan to work with partners who can help universities choose, set up and get the most from Oxonia.
Our partners
Confirmed partners will be listed on this page, by country and by type, with what they offer. No partners are listed yet.
Types of partner
- Implementation partners. Help universities with set-up, data import, sign-in, learning platform connections and training.
- Resellers. Help universities buy Oxonia locally, in the way their procurement rules require.
- Technology partners. Systems that connect with Oxonia, such as learning platforms through LTI 1.3, sign-in providers and payment providers.
- Content and caption partners. Help with human-checked captions and thesis digitising.
Integrations we support today
Oxonia already works with Moodle, Canvas and Blackboard through LTI 1.3, with Microsoft, Google, and SAML and Shibboleth sign-in, with Zoom cloud recordings, with ORCID and with Paystack for payments. Listing an integration does not mean the owner of that product is an Oxonia partner.
What we look for
- Experience working with universities in the UK, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, South Africa, the Gulf or Malaysia.
- A record of honest dealing with public institutions.
- Staff who can train lecturers, administrators and IT teams.
- Commitment to our anti-bribery policy, our data protection standards and our AI principles.
How it works
- Tell us about your organisation and the universities you work with.
- We meet to understand fit.
- We check background and references, as our anti-bribery policy requires.
- We agree written terms and train your team.
Pricing stays open
Our prices are published. Universities should be able to see what Oxonia costs, whether they buy directly or through a partner. See the pricing page.
Common questions
Do partners set their own prices? Universities should always be able to compare a partner's quote with our published prices. Partner terms are agreed in writing.
Can partners help with set-up? Yes. Set-up can be run together with a partner, with goals agreed with the university at the start.
Do partners get access to university data? Only where the university agrees and the work needs it, under the same data protection terms that bind us.
