Across institutions
Regulators and federations
Regulators and federations work with many universities at once. Oxonia can help each institution report in the same way, with evidence behind every figure.
Who this is for
- National regulators and quality agencies that receive returns and run accreditation.
- Federations and groups of universities that share services.
- Bodies that set rules on AI in higher education.
Pricing for federations and regulators is by quote.
Returns that arrive complete
In Oxonia Nexus, regulator returns are filled in automatically from records already in the system, checked, then signed by the Vice-Chancellor. Staff records are verified once and kept with history. For a regulator, that means returns built from the same kind of evidence, signed by a named person, at each institution that uses it.
Accreditation that is always ready
Nexus shows accreditation readiness per programme from evidence already in the system. The self-study is drafted from the university's own records. Panels, schedules and visit reports are planned in one place. Panel visits can focus on quality, not on finding documents.
AI governance that can be checked
Oxonia Policy helps each university write its AI policy clause by clause from the regulator's requirements, and approve it through Senate. It keeps a register of every AI tool, sets levels of allowed AI use in assessment and trains staff and students with certificates anyone can check.
A readiness score is built from real evidence, not a survey. Auditors can be given time-limited access to the audit room.
For federations
- Shared approach to sign-in, with each university keeping its own Oxonia Academy ID connection.
- Common products across member institutions, so staff who move between them know the tools.
- Pricing agreed once for the group, by quote.
- In-country hosting where required. See Data residency.
What Oxonia does not do
Oxonia does not replace a regulator's own systems or judgements. It helps institutions prepare accurate, evidenced returns and readiness information, and makes it easier for reviewers to check. Each institution remains responsible for what it submits, and each return is signed by a named person. See How AI drafts are approved.
