Website terms of use

These terms apply to anyone who uses our public website. Universities' use of Oxonia products is covered by the terms of service instead.

1. About these terms

Last updated: 10 October 2026.

These terms apply when you use the website at oxonia.ai (the "website"). In our legal documents, "Oxonia Academy", "Oxonia", "we" and "us" mean Oxford City Academy for Education and Development (OAED), of which Oxonia Academy is part. Its registered office is [Registered office address]. Oxonia Academy is part of Oxford City Academy for Education and Development (OAED), registered in England and Wales, company number 05216710, established 2004, Oxford.

By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it. Institutions that subscribe to Oxonia products are covered by the terms of service.

2. Using the website

  • Use the website lawfully and only for finding out about Oxonia and evaluating it for your institution.
  • Do not try to get unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it, or interfere with how it works.
  • Do not scrape, copy or harvest the website in bulk, or use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on it.
  • Do not upload or send anything unlawful, harmful or that contains malicious code.
  • If you find a security weakness, please report it under our vulnerability disclosure policy.

3. Information, prices and demos

We try to keep the website accurate and up to date, but it is for general information and is not an offer. Prices are shown excluding VAT and may change. A quote or order form signed by both parties is what binds us. Product screens, sample data and figures in demos are illustrative and are not results from a named customer.

4. The site assistant

The Oxonia Ai chat on the website answers questions from our published product information. Its answers are AI generated, may be incomplete or wrong, and are not advice or a contractual commitment. Please do not type personal, sensitive or confidential information into it. What you type is handled as our privacy notice describes.

5. Forms

When you book a demo, request a quote or fill in an event form, please give accurate information about yourself and your institution, and only give someone else's details if you have their permission. We use what you send as our privacy notice and conference and lead privacy notice explain.

6. Intellectual property

The website and its content, including text, design, video and graphics, belong to Oxonia Academy or our licensors. You may view, print and share pages for your own information and to evaluate Oxonia within your institution. You may not copy, adapt or republish the content for commercial purposes without our written permission. See Legal notices for trade marks.

7. Links to other websites

The website links to other sites, such as oxfordacademy.org.uk and the sites of our integration partners. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

8. Our liability

The website is provided free of charge and as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss of profit, business, revenue or data, or for indirect loss, arising from your use of the website.

9. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms by publishing a new version here. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live elsewhere you may also have rights under your local law. Questions: legal@oxonia.ai.
