Oxonia is priced for universities. These are the ways a university can lower its cost while keeping every feature.

Buy a suite: 20% off

Each full suite costs 20% less than its products bought separately. Illustrative prices for a university with 5,000 to 15,000 students:

  • Teach and Learn (Scribe, Tutor, Mark, Library): £88,000 a year.
  • Lead (Senate, Policy, Compass, Nexus): £52,000 a year.
  • Operate (Office, Advance): £34,400 a year.
  • Discover (Research, Library): £20,000 a year.

Oxonia Complete: 30% off

Oxonia Complete includes all 11 paid products at 30% off. For a university with 5,000 to 15,000 students, it costs £163,800 a year. Oxonia AI Hub comes with Policy and Oxonia Wallet comes with Advance.

Three-year contracts: a further 10%

Universities that sign for three years save a further 10% and lock the price for the term. This helps with budgeting and with approval by Council.

Pay yearly: 10 months for 12

Paying yearly costs 10 months of the monthly price.

Start with one department

Department plans let one school start small:

  • Oxonia Scribe: £4,900 a year.
  • Oxonia Tutor: £6,000 a year.
  • Oxonia Mark: £3,100 a year.
  • Oxonia Office: £4,800 a year.
  • Oxonia Research: £5,000 a year.

Common questions

Can discounts be combined? Suite and Complete discounts, three-year savings and yearly billing are applied as set out on your quote. Ask us to show each step.

Do discounts reduce features? No. Every discount applies to the same products with the same features.

What about add-ons? Add-ons such as extra Scribe hours (£900 per 500 hours), extra staff seats (£600 per 10 seats a year), Mark script packs (£114 per 1,000) and priority support (+10%) are priced separately.
