How to sign in

1. Find your university. Your university's own button appears on this page.
2. Choose it. You go to your university's usual sign-in screen, from Microsoft, Google, or your university's own SAML or Shibboleth service.
3. Sign in as you normally do, including any second step your university requires.
4. You return to Oxonia and see the app launcher, with the products your university uses and your role allows.

What the Oxonia Academy ID is

The Oxonia Academy ID is one account for every Oxonia product. It is linked to your university's own account, so you do not need a new password. Your roles, such as lecturer or student, are attached to it, so you see the right products wherever you sign in. See Oxonia Academy ID.

Cannot find your university?

• Your university may not have switched on Oxonia yet, or not for your department. Ask your IT service desk.
• If your university is not yet a customer, book a demo or ask for a quote.

Problems signing in

I forgot my password. Reset it through your university. Oxonia does not hold your university password.

I signed in but cannot see a product. The app launcher shows only products your university has bought and your role allows. Ask your IT service desk to check your role.

I am a guardian or sponsor. Your university will tell you how to sign in to Oxonia Wallet to pay fees.

I am an external examiner. Your host university will give you an account and the right role.

Keep your account safe

• Only sign in through your university's own screen.
• Never share your account.
• Sign out on shared computers.
• Report anything unusual to your IT service desk.

On your phone

Use the same Oxonia Academy ID on your phone. See Mobile apps. Most product screens are available in English, French, Portuguese and Arabic, and many also in Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo and more. You can choose your own. See Languages.
